Default It's now possible to detect Doppler shifts even within molecules!

Cosmic quirk of physics found in a molecule - Technology & science -
Science - LiveScience - msnbc.com
"The scientists blasted high-energy photons into molecules of nitrogen.
When hit, the molecules were jolted with energy, which caused them to
release electrons.

By carefully measuring the energies of the electrons, the researchers
found that electrons released when the molecule was rotating toward the
detector had a higher energy than electrons released from molecules
rotating away from the detector.

Now that scientific instruments are advanced enough to detect this
change, Thomas said, scientists are going to have to start accounting
for it in their measurements of particles in high-energy experiments. "

It is interesting to see that some scientists
are finally coming around to understanding that
ACTION, rather than energy is quanta,

and that ACTION takes the
LEAST PATH between a source (Cause) and a sink (Effect).

It is sad that Einstein
and the race/religion biased Mass Media
brainwashed two generations of people
to believe that energy was quanta.

energy = ACTION ( Planck's Unit) * frequency

As ACTION is quanta,
it is obvious that the relative velocity
between a cause and an effect affects the energy.

IMPORTANT:
As ACTION takes/occupies the least path
between a source and a sink, then
ACTION = space.

As I have pointed out,
CYCLES are the real quanta
and Planck's Constant is a constant
that equates ONE CYCLE of ACTION
to the time, space, mass system of units.

And as I have pointed out,
the STUFF between things are STANDING CYCLES (Waves),
and when the source impedance equals the sink impedance
equals the impedance of space ( The transmission line),
that the maximum transfer of ACTION occurs,

and of course the maximum and the minimum
amount of a quantum in a quantum cause/effect is the same. ( One unit).
