Was reading an interview with Phil Plait in this month's
Astronomy Magazine. His Bad Astronomy website was catapaulted into the limelight after he debunked a Feb, 2001 Fox TV show "Conspiracy Theory, Did We Really Land on the Moon?" He is quite critical of the show: http://www.badastronomy.com/bad/tv/foxapollo.html going so far as to call the suggestion that NASA murdered Chaffee, White and Grissom "a particularly loathsome accusation". Is Plait being unduly harsh? Isn't Fox a credible news source? Hop http://clowder.net/hop/index.html |

If anything he is being far to generous. Hop http://clowder.net/hop/index.html |

Yes it is. More quality news from Mr Murdoch - just like he puts out in The Sun. |

The Sun's Iraq reporting tends to reduce to: a) Our Squaddies Kill Towelheads b) The Page 3 Girl Wears Khaki (albeit not *much* khaki...) c) Squaddies Discuss Beckham. based on my experience of their august publication. ;-) -- -Andrew Gray |

Hey, Rand, isn't The Mail one of the news sources you like to quote? They seemed to believe Gilligan and they haven't retracted either? |
