Friend of mine grabbed a mint mounted 1960's Questar 3.5" with accessories, etc, for $575.00 at an antique show.

What a wonderful piece of luck. I wonder what it was actually worth
or could fetch at an online marketplace.

In the shape it's in (mint) about $2400-$2800. It turns out to be from around 1974. It's the first model I've seen that had the outer bag for the leather box included. The accessories were still in plastic bags, unused.
