Default The Chemtrail Patent

Several years ago a report leaked from very high levels of the U.S.
government indicated that Earth's multiple and intertwined ecosystems
were in a state of accelerating collapse.

It stated that all life on our home planet would be extinct within
20-30 years unless drastic measures were taken. This information has
been intentionally withheld from the citizens of Earth, as widespread
panic would occur if the truth was known. This was a problem that our
greatest minds and governmental bodies have wrestled with.

Edward Teller (the father of the H-Bomb) provided the theoretical
solution to the degraded ozone shield - a global atmospheric
modification program on a scale that staggered the imagination.

He proposed using planes and rockets to float reflective metallic
'chaff' into the upper atmosphere to reflect harmful ultraviolet,
infrared and cosmic radiation back out into space. This would
temporarily patch the thinning ozone shield, giving us time to replace
the ozone with other methods. Hughes Aircraft developed hardware designs
based upon spray plane designs in use since the 1960's.

A partial abstract of this patented process is available here;

http://www.ligh****cher.com/chemtrai...es_patent.html

The methods involved spraying chemical polymers, barium salts, oxides,
and colloidal aluminum into the upper atmosphere, using specially
equipped tanker planes.

Combinations of compounds were created that were both reflective and
created large amounts of ozone. The compounds and metals are being
injected into our atmosphere day and night over every country on earth.
If you want to see this process in action.

Keep the planes on the ground, their exhaust moisture out of the upper
atmosphere, keep the oxygen they would have consumed there too, and Nature
will provide the ozone to protect you.

That could be a really bad idea:

Apparently there was a significant increase
in temperature over the states in the few days
the planes were grounded after Sept. 11th.

I don't accept that on the face of it, since the effects were not limited
to only lack of airplane travel. Additional automobile miles will have
been racked up. This period is the end of summer, and ground level
temperatures are unlikely to have been affected by a short "upset" like
this. It takes (roughly) days for ~air-density gasses to either diffuse up
or down. A few days *after* those few days without air travel, what
happened then?

QUOTE
"During this period an increase in diurnal temperature variation of over 1
C deg was observed, i.e. aircraft contrails have been raising nighttime
temperatures and/or lowering daytime temperatures by much more than
previously thought."
END QUOTE

Note: "raising nighttime temperatures" Whatever happens with aircraft
exhaust, doesn't seem to last until the next day. They described complex
structures of "moistened dust", so once those structures fall out of the
sky (perhaps quickly), or diffuse, then diurnal variations could be seen.

If loss ozone is the problem, you need oxygen, and you need to keep
photochemically active oxides of nitrogen away from water (because they
can/do assist in the production of ozone). This points away from any sort
of common fuel for either aircraft or rockets (not that there has been a
whole lot of that going on).

It is quite a site to drive across Arridzona, through a valley where a very
faint tint of copper smelter smoke hovers in the air, and a contrail leaves
a visible shadow through the "haze". You'd think you were looking into an
aquarium tank...

It doesn't say that there was an increase in temperature.

What is says is that there was an increase in the "diurnal variation",

Apologies for the misquote, as you and "OG" point out,
that should have been "diurnal temperature variation".

That was really my point, these systems are so complex
we really don't yet understand what the effects will be.
It appears that perhaps the particulate pollution has
been counteracting the greenhouse gas pollution to an
extent and our success in reducing one problem may yet
exacerbate the other. "Keep the planes on the ground"
may help the ozone but what other effects it might have
is an unknown.

Don't actually have to keep them on the ground. Just keep the altitude
down a bit, to reduce diffusion delay. But you are right, the web is quite
knotty.

Over and out.
