Default oil gush

It is known that the pipe diameter is about the same as
a barrel. (21 inches). The force of the oil coming out is said to be around
5000 psi. I should think that if you placed a barrel over the pipe, it
would fill up in less than a second. Is there a way to approximate the
velocity? What that look like at the surface if a 21 inch pipe was spewing
oil at 5000 psi? How far would it go in the air?
