losses, there would actually be MORE fossil fuels used in a
hydrogen world than without it, with more CO2, etc. Hydrogen is a
scam that is not a solution to our energy problems.

Who are you trying to kid? Hydrogen peroxide fuel cells are
self-contained, require no fossil fuels and are totally
non-polluting. Hydrogen is obtained from hydrogen peroxide. And
the source of hydrogen peroxide is equally non-polluting and
required no fossil fuels for production.

You will never see it go anywhere because of these facts, Bush or
no Bush.

You will never see hydrogen used as a fuel because of human greed.

And that will cause human extinction.

Oil won't last forever, even now some people speculate that oil
production has reached it's peak. What would you bet that a cheap
and easy way to produce hydrogen will be "discovered" just in the
nick of time? Greed dictates that the last cent of our money will be
extracted by increasing oil prices as production declines, it's just
human nature. Ahh, "Shell Hydrogen" a nice ring to it?

We could be using hydrogen to manufacture electricity and buy it from
the grid or everyone could be using hydrogen fuel cells at home right
now if it weren't for the fact that the US Department of Energy is
suppressing hydrogen use for everyone except NASA and the oil
industry, which uses hydrogen to make gasoline. Talk about gasoline
not being cost effective!

You cannot "make" hydrogen from water without adding energy.
Where do you get the energy to make the hydrogen?
Years ago there were rumors of a pill that you could add to a tank of water
in your car and the car would run.
That was a lie, too
