Mars vs Belt.

This is the best argument yet, and I for one would love to see Martian
terrformation begin, but it probably won't for the following reasons:

Infact it is a bad reason. Mars rotates, you get sunlight for only half a
day, in space the sun is 24 hours.

The problem when we try to impress Mars devotees of the advantages of a
non-planetary approach such as 24/7 availability of solar power, and mobile
territories, is that these advantages are nothing we've ever been able to have
here on Earth, so, lacking experience, we fail to realize the full potential.

Or better put, the disadvantages of Mars are the same disadvantages we've had
here on Earth, and we're used to them to the extent that we have difficulty
realizing that they're disadvantages.
