Default Quest and GPS

Heard confirmation from PAO today that the Quest airlock can be opened from
the outside. In fact, it will be done as part of planned procedures for each
EVA in this mission. It gives a "safe haven" option for EVA crewmembers. (I
assume in case of "get in fast, there is a huge solar flare coming" type of
event.)

Also, they will replace a failed GPS antenna on S0. Hadn't heard about that
failure.
