A new image of the Milky Way reveals more than two extra arms.
Based on scientific observation, a new artistic rendering of The Milky Way galaxy reveals two extra spiral arms.
Perhaps not intentionally, it also clearly reveals information for how the galaxy evolved. The view from rotating axes, if anywhere close to reality, clearly indicates that the galactic matter is distributed beginning from the center of the galaxy, rather than by accumulation from outside sources. Also, the formation of the center reason of the galaxy indicates the aftermath of two colliding objects. Hence, the possibility of one point beginning of distribution of the galactic matter for the Milky Way galaxy should be taken seriously. http://www.sci-news.com/astronomy/sc...rms-01649.html Here is a interesting puzzle, for the moment if you black out your current view about how the galaxies are formed, hence having no previous knowledge about it. While evaluating that latest artwork -1649.html of the Milky Way galaxy. What is your interpretation concerning how it was formed? JK |
