Default forming parts

http://гальванопласти...in_US_ARMY.pdf

Large thermoformed parts made of thin sheets of PET and other plastics, can be coated with metals to create a finely crafted formed part. Large thermoformed plastics can shape 10 ft x 25 ft sheets to a depth of 6 ft and they are then coated using pulse discharge techniques, coated with metals and ceramics like titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide. Multiple layers are welded together to form structural and functional components that are then welded together to create finished products.

Two pentagonal spherical tiles fit in a 10 ft x 25 ft planform, and six pressings for each layer, form sufficient tiles to create a single ball 22 ft in diameter capable of holding 24,330 pounds of liquid hydrogen or 396,253 pounds of LOX. Four such tanks, weighing 3,100 pounds each, form a stage massing 481,643 pounds.

Arrays of small LOX/LH2 engine ring the base of an aerospike nozzle, to produce 600,000 pounds of thrust very efficiently, with a mass totalling only 6,000 pounds.

Three of these stages provide significant lift capacity.

Default forming parts

495,000 pounds launched into low earth orbit with 7 stages built along these lines.

1. 2.
3. 4. 5.
6. 7.

Seven tanks seen from above

1 and 6 feeds 3
2 and 7 feeds 5
5 and 3 feeds 4.

In this way 1,2, 6 and 7 drain.

This is stage one.

They drop away and fly back to the launch centre. 3 and 5 then drain.

This is stage two.

When empty they drop away and fly back to the launch centre.

Element 4 continues on to orbit carrying 495,000 pounds.
