just a bit disappointed but that's a nice quizz.

Glad to have found what the said when they landed, but I thought they
talked to Nixon first.

Thanks for the link

Question #4 depends on how you interpret the question, IMHO, but I
guessed at what they truly meant and got it right.

I missed two questions. One I shouldn't have missed, but the other I
consider trivia completely unrelated to the actual moon landing. Since
I was less than a year old at the time, that piece of trivia might have
been publicized in the popular media, but I don't remember it from any
of the histories I've read or watched.

magically make space launch cheaper is nonsense -- LOX is much cheaper
than advanced airbreathing engines, and so are the tanks to put it in
and the extra thrust to carry it." - Henry Spencer

The same here, considering I was born more than 20 years later

Two wrong and almost went with the correct answer on one (2+ hrs duration).
Buzz Aldrin's mother's maiden name? Oh well, should have been a dead giveaway I suppose....

Yeah, same here. (and I'd argue if that was truly a measure of when they
were at the surface. :-)

I missed two questions. One I shouldn't have missed, but the other I

I suspect this is the one I missed.

Unless you think it's TOO obvious... :-)
