Default Un Finds US massacred Children

Thank god the US is circling the drain, the human race doesnt need
this type of scum.

************************************************** *********************************************

SIXTY children were killed in air strikes by US-led coalition
warplanes in western Afghanistan last week, a UN investigation has
found.

The investigators said they had "convincing evidence" that a total of
90 civilians died.

The toll could ruin relations between the Afghan Government and the
NATO-led forces. The Government has ordered that any military
operation by foreign forces on its territory will be subject to new
rules enforceable under international law.

The USs forces in Afghanistan have increased their reliance on air
power since last year, with a corresponding increase in civilian
deaths.

Kai Eide, the UN special envoy to Afghanistan who ordered the
investigation, said the incident could undermine the faith of the
Afghan people in international efforts to stabilise the country.

Military sources said the air strikes last Thursday on the Shindand
district of Herat province were carried out not by NATO trying to
bolster the Government of Hamid Karzai, but as part of a parallel US
mission targeting al-Qaeda and Taliban militants.

The Australian Department of Defence said Australian forces were not
involved and the rules of engagement for its troops in Afghanistan
were unchanged.

A Pentagon spokesman, Bryan Whitman, promised a detailed
investigation.

In his report, Mr Eide said UN investigators found eight homes in
Nawabad had been destroyed and many were damaged. There was
"convincing evidence, based on the testimony of eyewitnesses, and
others, that some 90 civilians were killed, including 60 children, 15
women and 15 men."

You don't read (or think) very well, do you? There is no CONVINCING
EVIDENCE of 'crime', since all that is offered is verbal claims from a
group with a vested interest with NO supporting evidence.

If the UN wanted to make claims about "convincing evidence", they
should have actually collected some.

Word of mouth from only one of the concerned parties is not
'convincing' to anyone who doesn't start out with massive bias.

The kind of scum the human race doesn't need is people who
*deliberately* kill women and children and other peaceful innocent
people for no reason. Like the terrorists behind the attacks of
September 11, 2001.

In Afghanistan, the Taliban are continuously harassing the civilian
populatiion, threatening them in various ways, preventing them from
sending their children to school or from using cellular phones or
otherwise carrying out peaceful pursuits.

The United States is engaged in a war against the forces that are
hiding Osama bin Laden from justice, and that are trying to re-impose
a barbaric regime on the people of Afghanistan, one that prevented
women from receiving health care, and one that destroyed an
irreplaceable historic monument, among other things.

Unfortunately, in a war, there are tragic accidents. But it is
abundantly clear that the war was not started by the United States, it
was started by the forces of Islamic fanaticism.

But perhaps, if something ever were to happen to the United States,
you would be among the first to welcome your new Chinese overlords in
Australia.

And just the the terrorists behind the most recent unprovoked killing of
women and children in Afghanistan - the United States of America.

A couple of 2000 lb. bombs right into the midsts of their women and
children will bring them around in a hurry. It's called 'diplomacy'.

There, I corrected your subject line for you.

Children should always be allowed to make their own decisions in life.

With friends like US, who needs government, parents and enemies.

The odd thing about this is the Afghan military denied a civilian masacre
but the Afgan Interior ministry claims just about all the victims were
children. I think this is more likely to be that Karzai is losing control
of the Interior ministry to the jihadists, which are making
this stuff up in response to the recent US offensive.

I hope it's a false story anyways, a massacre like that could
really hurt our efforts there.

Yes, they should, in that there ought to be BODIES and CONCRETE
EVIDENCE.

I think the jihadists use the Islamic custom of burying within 24 hours
as a way of claiming civilian deaths that didn't happen.
That way they don't have to show bodies, just new graves.
That gives them an opportunity to fake these things to the UN
and others.

Word of mouth from only one of the concerned parties is not
'convincing' to anyone who doesn't start out with massive bias.

Remember all the fake claims early in the Iraq war with the
'wedding party' massacres? Wedding parties innocently
shooting off their anti aircraft weapons in the spirit of
celebration? Pahlease!

Reminds me of the movie Full Metal Jacket

Door Gunner: Git some! Git some! Git some, yeah, yeah, yeah!
Anyone that runs, is a VC. Anyone that stands still,
is a well-disciplined VC! You guys oughta do
a story about me sometime!

Private Joker: Why should we do a story about you?

Door Gunner: 'Cuz I'm so ****in' good! I done got me 157 dead
gooks killed. Plus 50 water buffalo too! Them's all
confirmed!

Private Joker: Any women or children?

Door Gunner: Sometimes!

Private Joker: How can you shoot women or children?

Door Gunner: Easy! Ya just don't lead 'em so much!
