This one : http://users2.ev1.net/~mmccants/tles/index.html
Just download the classified.zip in which you will find the TLEs for
NOSS.
Take care that sometimes the elements are a bit old for a correct
prediction.

Heavens-Above provides predictions on-line:

All you need do is specify the catalogue number of one member of a formation
(the other two will be nearby). The following site lists the catalogue
numbers used by the hobbyists who maintain the NOSS orbital data:
