WHat's occurred is that you had no basis for your flames against NASA
management at the time you made them and that you hope that by ignoring my
question it will go away. In fact, it will go away when you answer it. As
you were told beforehand, the CAIB report won't answer the question, and you
have yet to cite any part of it. You've *named* it, as if that would be
enough. That indicates that you either don't have the intelligence to
understand the question, or you know that you didn't have dick when you
started flaming NASA management.

True they should of been flamed before the accident, Sadly the astronauts well
died in a terrible fashion, laregely because management was lax.......

read the report it put the blame on the management system/

What part of the report? The cover? You'll have to narrow it down to chapter
and page if you're trying to cite it. Otherwise, you continue to sound like
someone who drops names because doing so makes him sound more important (to
himself) than he really is because he hasn't got the brains to actually read
it.

I'd rather read the verifiable references to the evidence you had on hand at
the time you started flaming. You didn't have the CAIB report at the time.

Even better, I'd like to read the answer to my question, which the CAIB
report doesn't answer. What verifiable evidence do you have that, had NASA
management had the meetings you think they should have had, even though the
folks involved say it wouldn't have made any difference, *would have*
resulted in a different outcome, as opposed to *might have*?

Your failure to address the question asked indicates that you are either
unable to understand it, or that once again you're trying to get someone
else to do your homework for you. You should easily be able to answer the
question if you had done your homework before posting. Once again, your
failure to answer the question shows that you were talking out of your ass
when you posted. You name the CAIB report as if it would help you- but you
show that you haven't even read it, because if you had, you'd be able to
point to the specific page and paragraph that supports you.

It certinally was the worst type of oversite. The we cant do anything comment
by Linda indicates at least to me she didnt want to know

NASA still doesnt get it all those responsible needed to be FIRED, or resign.

Putrting them in responsible positions is the worst type of example. One the
NEXT investigation will question.

Iadmit we dont know the outcome of a rescue shuttle, given there are too many
variables. But TODAY NASA is planning on keeping one stacked on the pad just
for this purpose. This is a move in the right direction. But I dont think
another shuttle should launch till we have a fast cargo to orbit capability.
someday that could save a shuttle crew or ISS.

your right there are no guarantees but not looking guarantees NOTHING can be
done.

What, your oversight in providing verifiable evidence that answers the
question?

Iadmit we dont know

You're right, we still don't know what your references were at the time you
started flaming NASA management. Why are you having so much difficulty
providing them?

This is a move in the right direction.

An even better move in the right direction of answering the question would
be to answer the question.

But I dont think

Something you insist on proving with every post.

your right there are no guarantees

There's one guarantee- that you will never answer the question because you
didn't have anything to justify your posts about NASA management when you
made them.

But that doesn't answer the question, which I asked you, many months
ago.

IF THEY HAD ASKED THE RIGHT QUESTION THE CREW MIGFHT STILL BE ALIVE TODAY!

Linda and the group said nothing we can do, and let them die........

I find it ironic with respect to the topic under discussion that you
chose to evade the question, snip

I will never respond o your question again your just being argumentive.

Its the year 2010 and this fellow is still asking the same question

Theres no doubt the dont ask let em die was wrong and its no longer acceptable
to ignore flight rules.
