HELLO, WASHINGTON! IS ANYONE THERE?

It has been almost four months since Sen. Jay Rockefeller
and Rep. Lamar Smith were informed about the greatest
conspiracy in the history of History,

To wit, the discovery of petrified human remains between
anthracite coal veins in Pennsylvania.

And, much more importantly, they were made aware of
the Scientific Establishment's total deceit, deception,
collusion and conspiracy involved in keeping the following
monumental discoveries from the public's eye.

don't want to see.

PETRIFIED HUMAN CRANIUM EMBEDDED IN A BOULDER

Photo shows 662-pound boulder after it was removed
from between coal veins some 250 feet underground
and just waiting there for Ed Conrad to find it.

http://www.edconrad.com/oldascoal/pa...ata/skulla.jpg

It's a human cranium and even American Medical Laboratories
in Virginia -- considered the most prestigious medical lab
in the world -- performed testing on granules removed from
the skull-like object embedded in the boulder and confirmed
that they contain dried blood.

Incidentally, the skull-like object contains Haversian canals,
the tell-tale sign of bone.

Congress certainly must be aware that these mind-boggling
discoveries relegate Darwin's theory of man's evolution
to the garbage heap, bound for burial forever inside
some dirty old landfill.

In September, I brought this matter to the attention
of Senator Rockefeller and Rep. Smith but so far there
has been absolutely no reply from either office.

And not having heard a blessed word from them, I'm now
sort of wondering where they sleep on some of their
nights in Washington, D.C.

Might it be at 1000 Jefferson Drive SW?

And could it be under comfy covers of Secretary Wayne
Clough's roll-a-bed in his office at the Smithsonian
Institution? (If so, I certainly hope they don't run
out of Vaseline.)

Mr. Rockefeller, you aren't an average senator. You're
chairman of the U.S. Senate's Committee on Commerce,
SCIENCE and Transportation.

And you, Congressman Smith, are also pretty special --
chairman of the House Committee on SCIENCE, Space
and Technology.

Consequently, you both have a duty and a responsibility
to get involved in this sordid matter. YOU HAVE NO
ALTERNATIVE. You unfortunately are caught in the middle

I trust you will have the decency to contact me, so together
we finally can remove the stench of sheer fiction about our
past and replace it with the fresh air of fact about our true
origin and ancestry.

All you need do is demand a Congressional investigation.
I, of course, would be delighted to be the star witness.

Cordially,
Ed Conrad

=======================

HOW INNOCENTLY IT HAD ALL BEGUN

In June of 1981, Ed Conrad discovered what appeared to
be the petrified skull of a large land animal between
coal veins.

http://www.edconrad.com/oldascoal/in...data/first.jpg

He sent a photo to the Smithsonian and was extended an
invitation to bring it in to be examined.

This was done but three of the Smithsonian's so-called
experts -- after only a few minutes -- unanimously declared
it to be a concretion, a strangely-shaped rock -- WITHOUT
DOING ANY TESTING WHATSOEVER.

Ed accepted their "expert" opinion.

However, a few months later, he discovered another skull-like
object embedded in a boulder at the same location which
bore a dramatic resemblance to the side view of a human
cranium (based on comparative human anatomy).

He sent color photos to the Smithsonian, with this response.

ED CONRAD SENDS SMITHSONIAN GRANULES
REMOVED FROM BOULDER (AS INSTRUCTED)

Ed favorably followed up on the Smithsonian's request
and removed granules from the rind of the object that
dramatically resembles a human cranium protruding from
the boulder. However, before mailing, Ed tested the
granules tested microscopically and was certain they
contained Haversian canals.

This is because, at this point in time, he had learned
quite a bit about the identification of bone that he didn't
know during his visit to the Smithsonian previously.

Ed was now aware that bone contains minuscule Haversian
canals and their presence is the conclusive evidence
of bone, even if the bone had petrified.

This scientific fact appears in the book, "Science in
Archaeology," which states that neither age nor the
petrification process can remove what are known as
Haversian canals, an integral part of the cell structure
of bone.

http://www.edconrad.com/oldascoal/pa...hefactthat.gif

WHAT HAVERSIAN SYSTEMS LOOK LIKE

The light circular core of each system is the Haversian canal,
through which oxygen and nutrients pass. (Since it is a canal
-- empty -- it cannot become petrified because there was nothing
there to petrify.)

http://www.edconrad.com/oldascoal/pa...a/textbook.gif

Ed had learned that, since the Haversian canals are actually
passageways for oxygen and nutrients to living bone, even
the process of petrification cannot displace them because,
as tiny tunnels, there was nothing there to begin with (and,
therefore, nothing that could be replaced during the process
of petrification).

The microscopic examination revealed the presence of "pinholes"
in the thinnest pieces, virtually identical to cadaver bone
at the same low magnification.

MICROSCOPIC VIEW AT APPROXIMATELY 800X

Yet when Ed sent the granules to the Smithsonian, this was its
response:

http://www.edconrad.com/oldascoal/pa...a/rr090982.gif

EXAMINATION OF CELL STRUCTURE TOTALLY IGNORED

On Oct. 11, 1982, Ed wrote to Rye, wondering why the Smithsonian
tested for "mineral composition" when he originally mentioned it
needed to examine the "cell structure" of the granules that had
been removed from the rind of what appeared to be the contour
of a human skull embedded in the boulder.

After all, Ed maintained, Rye had stated in his letter: "We must
do a microscopic study of the outer rind to determine if it has
the structure of bone." But, according to Rye, this was not done.
Or, if it was, the Smithsonian wanted to hide that fact.

Ed insists the Smithsonian had supplied an answer to a question
-- about mineral composition -- that did not even apply in this
particular case. In any event, in his response to Ed's follow-up
letter, Rye rather surprisingly agreed about the necessity of
having the cell structure examined.

However, Rye offered an extremely weak and pathetic explanation
why the Smithsonian had not done so (although only a imbecile
would even think its experts had not viewed the cell structure
of the granules and HAD SEEN the Haversian canals, thus confirming
the material IS bone and that the object embedded in the boulder
IS INDEED a human cranium).

http://www.edconrad.com/oldascoal/pa...a/rr102282.gif

ED CONRAD: GROUND SECTION WASN'T NEEDED

First of all, Ed notes that the Smithsonian certainly didn't have
to prepare a ground section to examine the cell structure since
it easily could've used the granules (as he had done).

The plain and simple fact is that Rye HAD REQUESTED the granules
for the specific purpose of examining the cell structure, yet
did not have this done (or lied after it was done).

Meanwhile, if the preparation -- and examination -- of a ground
section was so important, Ed wondered why Rye had not even mentioned
it in his letter.

But even worse was Rye's explanation that, because of budget
restraints, the Smithsonian could not prepare a ground section
at taxpayers' expense.

Then -- same as now -- the Smithsonian's laboratories are fully
equipped to prepare ground sections at minimal expense and they're
made almost every blessed day. The expense involved would've been
peanuts.

SMITHSONIAN'S INTEGRITY SERIOUSLY QUESTIONED

It was then that Ed had very serious questions about the
Smithsonian's integrity. He knew for sure that, coupled with
earlier events, it wanted nothing to do with the honest
investigation of any of his specimens and was playing him
for a fool.

Ed had a good idea back then -- and later would become 100
percent certain (as you'll soon see) -- that the human-like
skull embedded in the boulder is indeed a human skull but
the Smithsonian obviously didn't want it known because
of the repercussions it would cause to the long-held
-- but bull**** -- theory of man's origin and ancestry.

Most importantly, the Smithsonian's pseudo-scientists
knew that a human skull discovered in Carboniferous strata
-- which indeed it was -- means that man had inhabited
the earth eons before Darwin's evolutionists has put
us here.

THEORY OF MAN'S EVOLUTION KNOCKED FOR A LOOP

The Smithsonian also knew -- in one felt swoop -- that
the discovery of human remains between coal veins would
decimate the evolutionary theory of man's origin from some
lowly animals of 60-65 million years ago, since It means
man had to inhabit the earth long, long before.

GOOD GAWD! YOU MEAN THERE'S EVEN MORE . . .

It's important to emphasize that, when Ed was getting
the royal runaround from the Smithsonian in the honest
investigation of his specimens, he brought the matter
to the attention of Gus Yatron, his congressman.

Ed pulled no punches with Yatron, accusing the Smithsonian
of a lack of integrity concerning the honest investigation
of his specimens.

Yatron's office contacted the Smithsonian on Ed's behalf
and, in response, was promptly greeted with an extremely
sarcastic, hostile letter from the office of its top
administrator, Secretary Robert McCormick Adams.
