Default sunrise sunset

how come the sun rises on sunday 3 mins earlier the sat, but only set 1
min later? why not 2 mins earlier and 2 mins later?

why does the sun rise at the same time for two weeks after the shortest
day , but set later every day?

the sunset faster at start but then the sun rises faster after abit, why?

It all depends on what part of the orbit of the sun the Earth is at.

There are those who believe that life here, began out there, far across the
universe, with tribes of humans, who may have been the forefathers of the
Egyptians, or the Toltecs, or the Mayans. Some believe that they may yet be
brothers of man, who even now fight to survive, somewhere beyond the
heavens.
