Ahh! The best-laid plans of some observers might be dashed. N. Korea is now upset with war-games in the South and are threatening to kill the peace talks...

Ah! But von Trumpet is muzzling John 'Hipster' Bolton and promising to make Baby-Kim even richer than he is now!
i.e. Filthier rich.
And, promising to protect Baby-Kim, for life, from 25 million, newly rich and very angry, NK, AR15 owners.
The question is: Will von Trumpet allow 25 million filthy rich NKs into HIS GREAT COUNTRY?
You can't take down one wall between two countries and then build another.
Rich NKs will have no further interest in forced labour to build von Trumpet's GREAT WALL. Been there. Done that.

Perhaps von Trumpet will turn to the Great American Homeless resource?
The Great Wall would go up in a few hours from the eager workforce available in LA alone. 34k and counting? GR-R-EAT!
Oberst von Haspel will soon whip them into shape!
Provided, of course, there's enough water down in the BadLands border to allow regular "bathing!"
Y'all really couldn't make this up if you tried! ;-)

Trump throw in the hook for Kim, to supply big America with payless shoes, t-shirts, under wear, tennis balls etc..., China is getting too expensive!

It must be worth a punt just to get von Trumpet the Pulitzer Prize for fake news.
A worthy consolation prize after John "Hipster" Bolton snatched two belated Peace Prizes ahead of von Trumpet. ;-)

Running around NK at night with a telescope and camera. What could
conceivably go wrong?

You get all the N-Korean young chicks at night, wants to look in your scope and your tent inside!!

Still, sounds like somewhere I would go if the hotels in ISIS-held
territory in Syria were all booked.

Many "young [NK] chicks" would be desperately hoping for a food donation to stave off imminent starvation. Or hoping to be saved from arbitrary torture and random murder at one of the Kim's concentration camps.

Never, ever, forget the monstrous mountain of sociopathy behind the smiling, fat despot with far too many luxury toys! Nor Xi, the Chinese despot, who supports the same NK leadership for his own, nefarious ends.

Like Putin and Assad, it their friends by which they should all be judged. Alas, it is unlikely any of them will ever face the court for the death sentence they all so equally deserve.

You're massed up in your head! LOL!
Assad was an eye doctor , had his business in England!
Many countries aligned with US or EU are non-democratic, just see S-Arabia, weekly they chop off peoples head in the main square without trial.

If power corrupts then oil power corrupts absolutely.
It was not a coincidence that many oil states were a millennium behind The West.
For many countries, oil has not meant real progress for the vast majority.
Stone age, desert bandits provide stone age, corrupt leadership based on fear.
Putting them in priceless palaces and cars was just casting pearls before pigs.
