Dirk,

that looks very good, especially considering the exposure time. I also did
M16 recently and in spite of much more exposure I don't think it'll turn out
much deeper than your version.

10 x 90 sec
H-Alpha filter
10" SCT.
Homebuild CCD cam cooled to -14degr.
the sky wasn't that clear (lot of moisture which makes the stars bigger).
Will try again with more transparent sky.
Processing was done in Maxim and CS3

Thanks Stefan, i have the same problem as you exp[osure time wise.. it's
only visible for one hour or so that makes it very difficult to image.
Collect images from several years is a solution.
Also the atmosphere was not in my advantage, so i will try again if the
weather allows it.
