ASTRO: Scopes of Stellafane 07 - 18" F/4

OK..... this is the scope that won "everything"; First place in "mechanical"
and "craftsmanship. It's a 18-inch F/4 Newtonian made by Ross Sackett of
Memphis TN. It is so light that one person can pick it up and carry it
around like a 'traditional' 8-inch Dob!!

I wish Art had taken a better picture of this beautiful scope. If you want

Hey George, you as member of a club with a lot of telescope experienced
members i was wundering if you or some of the members can help me out here..
I have a 14" Schiefspiegler mirror set that i want to build a telescope
with. is there somebody in your club that has experience with these kind of
telescopes? my goal is to build a transportable kind of dobson like version
ot this telescope type.
Would appreciate all help.
