I looked all through the pdf's for the part that says
after 50 years or so, after putting people on an
asteroid, and the Moon and Deimos and finally
we have a shelter on Mars for a few people
for a few weeks, what the taxpayer or the world
will get in return for all of this.

I didn't see it, maybe that presentation was
accidentally forgotten?
