Try carrying 5 other people around awhile to get some idea of the
shock their bodies would experience.

The usual line in SF is that they couldn't return, and until we do
experiments raising animals in 1/6 G I see no reason to doubt that.
Assuming that it's possible to bear a child on the Moon (and some SF
stories have their doubts about that) I suspect you'd get profound
physiological changes.
