I am merely following Tom Lehrer's dictum: "People who have nothing to say should at least SHUT UP." Gee! Tom, so you do take your time to respond to posts that address your professional integrity. You just choose to respond to the ones you know that you can manage. The ones not manageable by you are conveniently kept silent as per Tom Lehrer. shrug I abandon a thread when I have already said everything I have to say. Or when it is Koobee Wublee which you know you will be checkmated. shrug This is the only sensible response to fools and idiots who repeat, and repeat, and repeat the same words and mistakes. Ahahaha... In case if Tom has not realized, the self-styled physicists have repeated the same pieces of bull**** for over 100 years. shrug There is a long list of participants around here who ALWAYS get the last word, Yes, Andro the psycho, PD the imposter, Eric Gisse the college dropout, Paul Andersen the very small professor, etc. shrug because they are persistent and apparently have nothing better to do; Paul Andersen likes to chase after chickens close to the Arctic Circle. Does that mean anything to you? shrug Oh, the late Bielowski liked to swim and bragged about swimming naked in public lakes. shrug I merely give them that boon as soon as it is obvious. Or burying your head into the ground like an ostrich. shrug [...] humans live by MODELING the world, not by "understanding how it works" (whatever that might mean -- we understand our MODELS of the world, not the world being modeled). Right, so Tom and self-styled physicists have claimed the existence of this mythic proper time. The Lorentz transform only indicates what the observer’s time flow and what the remote local time flow of the observed are. As you know very well, the Lorentz transform works as it is without the introduction of this mythic proper time. So, where is the rational basis of predicting the existence of this proper time thing? And how do you suppose to measure the proper time as an experimental physicist? These are very fair questions. Why are you always avoiding answering them? shrug Recall the Beach Boy song? “She had the fun, fun, fun, until daddy takes the T-bird away.” Koobee Wublee’s version: “Tom has had the myth, myth, myth, until Koobee Wublee takes the proper time away.” shrug |
