Default Range violation

I heard about a "range violation" and that was another reason they
scrubbed the launch. It sounded like there was an unidentified boat in
the "recovery area." I'm presuming this meant the solid rocket
recovery area. Any other info on this?

With as short as the launch window is, hummm. The boat's been warned,
launch over his head.

Default Range violation

I heard about a "range violation"

1936 GMT (3:36 p.m. EDT)

The Range is now reporting there's a boat in the restricted in the
waters off the coast that must be cleared before launch.

I didn't see an answer on that page about whether they were able to
get the boat out of the way in time, although I guess it was a moot
point since the weather doesn't seem to have been acceptable at any
time in the last hour or more.
