Charges Dropped Against Student Accused Of Stealing Shuttle Debris
SFA Student Completed Lenient Probation Sentence POSTED: 1:27 pm CST February 23, 2004 HOUSTON -- A Stephen F. Austin State University student accused of stealing Space Shuttle Columbia debris will not go to jail. The government has dropped all charges against 23-year-old Bradley Gaudet. Officials arrested the student in February 2003 for allegedly taking some fabric and a piece of an astronaut's jumpsuit. Gaudet successfully completed a very lenient sentence of probation, which is why all of the charges were dropped against him. http://www.click2houston.com/news/2867511/detail.html |
