First you need an underlieing non-graphical OS communicating
with ports and devices, and has standards, like the serial
and parallel cable ports, now the USB, the mouse, keyboard,
and floppy and CD and now writable CD and allowing communiction
with other hardwares, hard disks. So there is this basic OS,
and then comes Windows.

Windows is a graphical user interface-based environment.

So we need a graphical user interface, a GUI.

This GUI has squares. A square on the screen is a window area.

This is where things can go millions of ways, and Microsoft
has chosen one aspect based on messaging, and a Window
requests repainting. So the program paints what it is told to
update on the screen. Windows are on top of each other,
and when a corner of a window appears, Windows OS tells
the program to repaint it.

Windows is a memory saver design of the 80's, a 128kb
memory computer design, and for no little reason when
it was designed, Bill Gates was saying: nobody would
ever need more memory than that. At that time I was
already conscious that that is ridiculos. He called it the
company of innovation.

So anyway, at that time I already had my own windows
without super-condensation of resources. I said: Windows
is Windows, and to do it, is the way I do it. Anyway,
I didn't have a deal with IBM.

So I wrote Windows. It was based on storing the window
in memory, so no special repaints are needed, the programmer
only writes into a window as a window, as if it would be like a
dos window, but its graphics. So I kept the initial concepts
of what a window is, just a broken down screen of several
smaller screens and each window has its own memory space.

A Window had a possible title, and a status bar, and i had
other elements like toolbars, which didn't exist in the 80's.

It was 60 thousand lines, and Windows OS ran, and it was
ok, functioning, zero bugs. Zero.

It didn't use a messaging system like Microsoft. It was a
lot briefer code and a lot more functioning. Sure I could send
messages if I wanted to between windows. But it was based
on the specific need and not for the whole thing.

I've selected very relaxing colors, dimmer than what most people
see with Microsoft. At the time the monitors vibrated and
dimmer colors made it all much more relaxing.

The only problem was: how could I get attention.
