Default Pulsar 182 pulse/second?

Pulsar 182 pulse/second?
Has anyone heard of a rapidly pulsing pulsar with a highly elliptical
orbit? Such as incongruent mass anomalies, needing another, third,
massive object?
(my wife says she saw it on AOL's homepage, but can't remember enough
to forward the article.)
