Correct.

The simple truth is we haven't yet evolved to the stage where we can
seriously contemplate the universe. That's ok we can do other fun stuff
while we're waiting to evolve to that level.

Yes, historians will look back on this period & think how naive we were
to contemplate things like Big Bang.
