Junk.

BBC:

SpaceX rocket which blew up after take-off found in the UK

Debris from a Nasa rocket which blew up moments after take-off appears to have reached the Isles of Scilly.

The unmanned Falcon-9 SpaceX rocket, which was carrying supplies, exploded as it left Cape Canaveral in Florida in June.

It was discovered by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency which was patrolling off the Cornish mainland,

Richy Williams from the agency spoke to BBC Breakfast about what they found.

My understanding is that it was a [cheeky] donation in lieu of paying [any] taxes [at all] on their [thousands of billions of] European profits by [any of] the US megacorps.

It was roughly aimed at the EEC but nobody at NASA knew exactly where that was or even what it was. But then, nobody in Europe knew what it was or where it was, either. ;ø]

It featured on the PM programme 27/11/2015 43m-48m including a
description of its discovery (you will need to spoof a UK IP address)

Jonathon McDowell reckons from the paintwork and other features it is a
Falcon 9 but one launched Sept 2014 successfully not the recent failure.

Even a non-marine biologist might suggest the infestation of barnacles[?] is a sign that the object has spent quite some time in the water. Certainly more than a mere few months.
