Default Territorial Expansion for Entrepreneurs: Creating a Sustainable,Space-Based Economy

ENGINEERING ETHICS[1]:

An engineer should not attempt to maliciously injure the profes-
sional reputation, business practice, or employment position of
another engineer. However, if there is proof that another engineer
has acted unethically or illegally, the engineer should advise the
proper authority.

COMPETITIVE BIDDING[1]:

Engineers and their societies may actively and aggressively
lobby for legislation that would prohibit competitive bidding for
design services by public agencies.

DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC[1]:

Responsibilities to the public demand that the engineer place
service to humankind above personal gain. Furthermore, proper
ethical behavior requires that an engineer avoid association with
projects that are contrary to public health and welfare or that
are of questionable legal character.

The above being stated, any private entrepreneur would become
much more interested in "necessity being the mother of invention"
as in American niche-marketing, as opposed to the over-licensing
of socialized family types, who become dictatorial through the
false perpetratuity of socialized genius!

The robber barons of the Federal Reserve System are in no way
entitled to force their "debtor notes" without some kind of gold
standard to back up their claim: that would make robotic mining
for precious metal is an extremely exciting prospect...

However, an enterprise such as this requires long-term R&D and
excellent teamworking ability to achieve.

The various technologies, whether structural, electro-mechan-
ical, power generation, propulsion system, fuel system, tem-
perature control, navigation, boring, sampling, storing, chemical
processing, signal processing, teleoperation, or SAR mapping
must all be procured, tested, evaluated, interfaced, re-tested
and implemented effectively to achieve success. Once in
place, human intervention becomes necessary for equipment
repair and adjustment only as a last resort.

What are the future jobs available? They are too numerous to
mention but for example there are two types of Operations
System Analyst: One includes an understanding of electronic
automation techniques, using hydraulics and valves for piping,
storage tanks, associated equipment, centrifuge theory and
operation, control system theory, machine programming,
prototyping, and telerobotics.

The other is field engineering as a diagnostic tester, signal
analyst, and procurement specialist. These three work
together to formulate solutions to on-site problems
in operations.

With regards to propulsion technology, there needs to be a
staging area for developing laser fission propulsion for
mass transit.

Slush hydrogen-boron also needs to be refined for use in
heavy space-transit vehicles. Projects of this sort need to
be staffed by Instrument, Test, Fabrication, and Safety
Engineers, as well as plenty of Ground Liason and Orbital
Liason Engineers to coordinate between private industry
and space facilities.

Currently, an alliance between private industry and space
contractors can develop cheaper earth-to-orbit technology that
has the potential to become available in ~ 10 years. With the
cheaper cost to aloft heavier equipment into space will come
the dawn of a new industrial age in space. A new class of
engineering entrepreneur will require all the resources that
intelligent media and the internet have to offer, but it will take
some years before most written literature in libraries becomes
available to individual private citizens on computer screens.

The "mission statement" for "Asteroid Mining Technology"
would be to observe, analyze, and implement the method
used for Synthetic Aperature Radar (SAR) mapping of the
Near Earth Asteroids (NEA's) and the resultant processing
and refining involved. This will substantiate extraterrestrial
resource production as a functional application for stimulating
a synthetically derived, free enterprise, and free
market economy:

The business could become extremely risky, as far as
competition goes, largely because of the threat of 'establish-
ment sanctions' to anything that gets in the way of job and
industry security, so we're talking here also about shifting
job markets for those that build the engines for these
machines largely on a single order basis.

Since there is strength in numbers of believers to this
technology, I can only ask that one may have faith that
together, only private and sovereign citizens will be re-
sponsible for producing the details of this technology for
all to observe further down the road, however, we should
require the addition of several other reliable and faithful
believers in the technology to come forward and state
that they also believe in the extremely well managed
and maintained result of unlimited, free energy.

Many scientists 'in the know' have already seen diagrams
and pictures of these technologies in action, I will also
assume that there is already a large group of 'believers' who
have established themselves throughout the internet,
to which any of the interested parties can give scientific
creedence to.

If many are interested in pursuing these types of technology
much further, then the proper course of action is to make jobs
of them out of the technology, not supress either the potential
job base or the technology.

The internet being the last bastion of free speech, intellectual
thought, and intuitive science, should provide the proper
channels for contact of at least one hundred professional
people besides the heavy lift R&D observer, who also have a
keenly vested interest in the "free energy" part of
the incumbent technology.

If there ever was a time to organize for a 'free energy'
America, the time to organize was never more important.

Most would agree to contact one hundred verifiable, profes-
sional type sources with a vested interest in this technology,
and upon inspection of the sources, form a declaration of
sorts between their contacts, in order to free America, as
well as the nations of the world, from the tyranny of
energy oppression.

I submit that a new class of much more saavy 'pirates', or
those renouncing (or those who may renounce) their
citizenship as Americans, and eventually privateers, will
have the ability to forge through the current chaos with the
newer technology that exists in the world today, and exploit
the discovery of precious metal, as well as the paths of
survival through that space that will take us there.

In this new gold rush, it may take slightly longer for
earth-bound governments to create their own federal
reserve boards since government programs must issue
gold certificates after being indebted to a commission
for the precious metal.

Since the amount of commission for a particular trade
is no longer fixed, it can vary considerably among firms.

parties, nations, and epochs it is the rule."
