Default Galaxies may have spit out monster black hole

Two crashing galaxies may have shot out a "supermassive" black hole that is
soaring through space, some astronomers say.

Are there any gallaxies with 2 black holes at the center observed?
Because the article mentions one theory that in case of 3 one would be ejected,
then gallaxies with 2 must exists?

There are certainly many galaxies with double nuclei. In fact, the
Andromeda Galaxy is one close example. Many (all?) galaxies seem to
have supermassive black holes in their nuclei. Thus, if two galaxies
merge (another somewhat common occurrence), then it is quite likely
that the resulting merged galaxy will, for a time, have two
supermassive black holes within it.
