Well, I can't argue about the tax and money angles, a new way to make the rich even richer, and won't even try... but no legitimate scientist says that that climate change is solely the fault of mankind. The simple fact is that man causes only about 4% more CO2 than nature herself provides naturally, but it looks more and more like that 4% is enough to accelerate the rate of climate change. What's amazing to me is that 40 trillion tons of man-made CO2 per year is only 4%!
