Default Listening to ISS: Window Shutter Open/Close Calls?

All of you who are listening to ISS air-to-ground, I'd sure appreciate if
you'd note and record when (if) Foale calls out 'shutter open' and 'shutter
closed' when he uses the Lab window. He's supposed to be making these calls
routinely, but I'm advised he rarely if ever actually does.
