Adapter plate for borg tube rings and eq 4 type mount

hello.. i have an eq-4 type gem. the kind that came with the c114-hd
from celestron i believe. i have a borg 76mm with the white tube
rings from borg. the mount i have doesnt fit the tube rings. it has
screws sticking up from it and my tube rings have screws comming out
the botton. is there a way to adapt this in some homemade fashion?
