Something else to keep in mind is that having things outside of the MPLM on a non-pressurized carrier makes it that much easier to move during EVAs and by the RMS to the station's exterior for storage, or installation. -Mike |

I believe that the new carrier could not be carried in the payload bay
at the same time as an MPLM. |
