Re-launched WebSite for the Scottish Ayrshire Astronomical Society
Hi Everyone,
The Ayrshire Astronomical Society (AAS)(based in Scotland), was re-formed in 1992, to serve as a meeting place and discussion forum for a growing number of amateur astronomers based in Ayrshire and surrounding counties. Recently we have been working programmes to bring Amateur Astronomy to local Schools and the General Public with planned viewings and visits and we are now complementing this with an updated web site. We re-launched the site a few days ago, it is still in its infancy and currently being updated with members photographs and articles. Comments and feedback are always welcome and the new URL is www.ayrastro.co.uk (BTW Ayrshire is just south of Glasgow) Kindest Regards, Michael |
