transit may cause either a feeling of gross apprehen-
sion on the part of the observer, which leads to self-
defense (attempt to attack and/or destroy), fear of
the unknown, or general feeling of confidence that
there is perhaps some important effort at work to
achieve passage. Yet the speed of light to them, has
become locked into the fractal nature of the chaos
that surrounds their own device, that lacks the appro-
priate filters, to associate the consciousness that
exists within the quantum state of the cross, or
the positron.

The Quantum Cross is the hundreth monkey for
humans. The Quantum Cross doesn't require validation
by men or systems of men, who wish to remain
earth-bound because of a luke-warm technocracy.
The luke-warm technocracy is a result of having
one head on two bodies (Gore Vidal). Each of the
bodies in this case represent luke warm, competing
technologies, under the headship of a nation in demise.

Only ONE technology can survive and prosper the remnant

The moon Europa offers a mysterious rendition of a
"sea of glass", and motivation for obtaining an off-planet

The intersecting equilateral triangles used on the surface
of the dome, represents a projection into the dimension
of imaginary numbers - quite useful if one were utilizing
scalar nested technology. This type of "Tekne" utilizes the
ecological evolutions of both silica and carbon resonance
spirals. The infoliating/exfoliating scalar MEMS program-
med skin can both absorb, confine, and irradiate black
body radiation at nearly 100% efficiency, utilizing a fully

factured around the circumference, or skin surface as an
equipotential standing wave that exists between the ground

of displacements by forming a resonance between an
artificial c.g. and actual c.g., giving the entire dome
enough kinetic energy to move in any direction by
continuously adjusting the MEMS configuration circum-
ferentially around the skin of the dome. The resonance
that becomes induced between the artificial c.g. and
actual c.g. provides the kinetic energy to move the
MEMS loop gyroscopically along a displacement cen-

two c.g.'s. These are longitudinal scalar-induced vor-
vortexes, which consist of electron plasma waves,
which are longitudinal oscillations of the interspacial
density (Jeans instability waves). This longitudinal wave
in vacuum is the wave of compression/decompression
in the local curvature of space (or in the local rate of flow
of time). Thus it is a gravitational wave.

If one 'impulses' this kind of logitudinal wave generation
against a suitably dense medium, such as the earth's
lithosphere, thrust can be manufactured for propulsion,
for both under and up to 64X FTL velocity.

Free energy from the environment can be created by
resonating in harmony with the microwave frequencies,
(10 - 100 msec), creating 5 to 10 times the power of the
transmission. MEMS can be designed as acoustic mixers,
which when resonating at the phonon frequency of the
spherical waveguide cavity, help to spin-polarize the
escaping electrons for more efficient emission stability.

Escaping phonons or electrons in the spherical waveguide
experience relativistic effects using steeper propulsive

(100)(3)((1000)(1000) = 300,000,000 watts! Thus the
phase shift for a larger array would still be the same for
uniform intensity. According to the gravitational theory of
relativity, the photon frequency (of atomic transition)
does not change in gravitational frequency. The resonance
frequency for Bismuth is 16.23, 81.15, and 129.84 MHz.,
and so this frequency remains constant throughout decom-
pression of the atomic field, however the wavelength

the amount of decompression. Since clocks in a high
gravity field tick slower than one in a lower gravity field, we
are observing the clock "ticks" from the standpoint
of the earth's gravitational field, which acts as the lower
gravitational field according to this scenario, so that the
observer of resonant frequencies actually views the frequency
through the earth's gravimetric lense of faster "ticks".
Therefore, the "stretched" wavelength during decompression
opens "our" world to the environment of the "slower ticks"
of the "nuclear" world, where the wavelength actually becomes
"longer" as spacetime decompresses. The equation for a
widening spiral is r = S^q where S = f^2/p , where r = the radial
dimension from the center of the spiral, "q" is in radians and
the value of "f" or "phi" is 1(+ or -)sqrt(5)/2.

The key here is how to equate the value of "r" to the amount
of decompression, using "phi" as the decompression factor.

In standing wave decompression, the incident wave is
superimposed, with a localized decompression shaping
matrix dependent upon the amplitudes and sequencing of
polarized pulses. In traveling waves, the superposition of
waves have become offset to provide a resultant gradient
opposite to the direction of the offset.

The thermo-electric sensitivity of bismuth as –72 mV/°C.
There is no doubt that an applied pulse probe will increase
the thermo-electric sensitivity of Bismuth. However, we will
disregard this phenomenon for the time and suppose that
the superposition of waves involves a directional superposition
in decompression vectors over earth gravimetric force vectors.

The surface pressure of the earth is 10^13 millibars, or
1,013,000 dynes per square centimeter. The Bismuth
Neutron crossection equals 21.323 millibars. This value is
a fraction of the surface pressure on the earth. Proportionally
speaking, this same fraction relates to what the "Schumann"
wavelength would be for a completely decompressed neutron.

The geosphere's wavelength would be equal to the earth's
circumference from north to south pole and back, or
22,241,883.3 feet. Assuming a linear decompression, the
fraction of geosphere wavelength for the completely decom-
pressed neutron would equal (21.323 / 1013) (22,241,883.3)
= 468,177.371 feet. Without installing a safety factor into the
superimposed waveform, the value of "R" in the aforemen-
tioned formula

l_b/l_a = R(t_b)/ R(t_a) (= 468,177.371 / 22,241,883.3 =
0.021049) can be used to figure out the associated pulse
lengths and amplitudes for a given level of decompression.
Remember, time t_a with l = 0.92413 Angstrom wavelength
will have a stretched wavelength at some later time t_b.

Since there are varying wavelengths for Bismuth nuclear
magnetic resonance, i.e., 16.23, 81.15, and 129.84 MHz.,
these values represent three different t_a's with three
different wavelengths. In order to reverse-calculate these
frequencies back to their respective wavelengths, we use
the following equation to convert wavelength to frequency:
= v (Hz) = 2.998 x 10^17 / wavelength (nm).

The " 2.998 x 10^17" is the speed of light in our local (few
thousand parsec) universe, to be safe. Using 10 Angstroms

wavelength, 81,150,000 cycles / sec

= 2,308,995,686.999 nanometers = 2.308995686999 meters
wavelength. Each of these wavelengths represent the
decompressed nuclear magnetic resonance wavelengths
for Bismuth, but what of the induced cyclotron resonance
electronic phase transition of 2-1/2 that is induced by a
magnetic field? Each of these associated resonances are
indicated in the above graph at right under the article
"Solution to the Cubicle Membrane Problem", and measure
.0000133 meters (for a 10 Tesla field strength that is
parallel to the binary axis), and 0.00002 meters (for a 6
Tesla field strength that is parallel to the binary axis).

How could we prove that these two resonant wavelengths
correspond to the lower two of the three nuclear magnetic
resonances given as 16.23, 81.15, and 129.84 MHz?
We can do this by observing the shape of the jagged
curve in the aforementioned article for Bismuth, and notice
how the curve still "plunges" in "similar shaped" com-
pressed areas for both field strengths of 6 and 10 Tesla.
Generally, the higher the frequency, the higher the radiosity,
so that 129.84 MHz must correspond to a higher Tesla field
strength than 10, and is not represented on the chart).
Regarding the nature of how growth and self organization in
the expanding spiral, one can see how this phenomenon
becomes visualized. It is as though one had placed a
magnifying glass over the bottom curve in order to picture
the top curve! Therefore, decompression occurs around
the curve at a specific magnetic flux density. This
flux density would decompress instantaneously if it were
not for the design of specific off-resonance pulse sequencing.

The curve becomes calibrated for a specific decompression,
based upon pulse timing. The decompression is also plane
polarized for vertical or horizontal operation. The timing of
these pulses should follow nonlinear relaxation and character-
istics of reflectivity, since it is reflectivity that acts as a
gauge
for electron relaxation time, usually on the order of one
picosecond. MeV Ion Femtosecond pulsing in the MHz
range creates giant resonance with a-emission and
Bismuth absorption spectra. As the absorption spectra
increases, greater doppler broadening with higher Tesla
field flux decompresses the value of "R" in the spiral.

Total decompression (for vertical polarization only) follows a
spiral clockwise from the center resonance frequency to the
order of centroids that lead to the outermost (e.g., f,e,d,c,b,
and finally a) in a sequence that allows for picosecond gaps
in the femtosecond power pulsing. Decompression for hor-
izontal polarization is actually integrated into the vertical
polarization after each hop, and then 90 degrees retrograde.

The incremental values for "r" are calculated from a Fortran
program. Specific values for decompression using the value
for "phi" at counterclockwise, semi-orthogonal intervals (ref.
"widening") along the spiral, with specificity being established
according to the resolution of decompression.

form a simple 2-dipole or quadrupole. A quadrupole moment
is defined as the measurement of the quantity and shape
of ionic charge distribution at the extremities of two dipoles
that are joined end-to-end. A non-zero quadrupole moment
approaches the shape of a prolate ellipsoid, which is 1-1/2
times longer than wide. One can right away see that pulsing
at successively longer wavelengths helps to expand the
radii of the spiral in order to approximate the prolate
ellipsoid's dimension.

By longer wavelengths, we mean that the value for the spiral
"r" increases as the spiral widens during nuclear decompres-
sion. The *widening is not continuous, but hops 180 degrees
forward, then 90 degrees backward, then 180 degrees
forward, and so on, until the wavelength stretches to the
desired circumference. The resulting quadrupole resonance
radiation wobbles the charge (proton) with the center of mass
(neutron). By hopping each pulse orthogonally outward around
the spiral, the shape for the prolate ellipsoid is approximated
for a complete, continued decompression.

All of the aforementioned resonant frequencies for Bismuth
correspond to a single atom of Bismuth, which is not in quad-
rupole formation. Ideally, it is a known fact that a linearly
oscillating point charge (i.e., polarized wave) will emit both
dipole and quadrupole radiation and that the frequency of the
quadrupole radiation is twice the frequency of dipole radiation,
so in order to calculate the resonant frequencies of the Bi-IV
quadrupole, we would have to multiply each nuclear magnetic
resonance dipole frequency by 2.

The Nuclear Magnetic resonances of the single Bi atom and
Bi-II atom are equivalent (without going into a digression of
evaluating the nuclear moments of each, because each
evaluation uses the same quantum number for nuclear
angular momentum) so that 16.23(2) = 32.46 MHz., 81.15(2)
= 162.20 MHz., and 129.84(2) = 259.68 MHz. for the
quadrupole resonances of linear Bi-IV.

This factor, in addition to the aforementioned phase shifting
at specific pulse amplitudes, pulse hopping in order to
approximate the prolate ellipsoid's width, and probe beam
polarization, help to form the basis for stabilizing the the
probe beam injection.

One can easily see that for just one hundred decompressing
secondary neutrons in Bi209, 2132.3 millibars of pressure
are available in the opposite direction of pulse probe application
(before buffering, this would be equivalent to 2,132,000
dynes per square centimeter!).

However, as the shock wave begins to decompress, the
addition of electromagnetic "white noise" acts as a buffer
for the expanding wavefront. The filters used in the buffers
are the variable absorption type for Schumann harmonics
up to the resonant frequencies of Bismuth (= 16.23, 81.15,
and 129.84 MHz). (A great reference that uses theory
developed for crystallographic phonon electron states is
applicable for more info on the phonon-electron interaction."

Since the first recognizable heartbeat begins after 5 weeks
in the womb, one may safely assert that 5 weeks represents
some kind of a relaxation time in the universal spacetime
configuration of events. '5 weeks' actually represents
the lower 'zero time' reference point, inner limitation
to the stretched pilot wave in electrogravitics.

The gestation period thus represents a subspace driver in
association with the cubic, with ordinate axes, that
references the ZERO POINT HOLOMORPHIC through the
heart muscle enzyme LDH, which has cubic crystallographic
structure, and is also found in bee pollen.

The 2-2-2 symmetry means that the crystal structure is
4-square, meaning that the translations for all morphol-
ogies referencing the cubic structure have the same zero
time reference, with the first heartbeat beginning after
each occupant's zero-time. Since LDH is only available as
a subspace driver during the 5 week gestation period,
'5 weeks' represents the time lock for each FTL occupant,
and eliminates the need for an FTL 'observer'.

Zeros are real numbers that represent pole zeros (positive
and negative) in the space time continuum. Time hops
that use the sequence: 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,144,
233,377,610... as the ratio of two successive numbers in
the sequence, i.e., 1/1, 1/2, 2/3, 3/5, 5/8, 8/13, 13/21,
21/34, 34/55, 55/89, 89/144, 144/233, 233/377, 377/610...
tending towards the golden ratio of 1.618033989... are
formulated so that there exist a number of harmonics
of the sequences that are within the 420 - 470 Mhz range.

For example, 466 Mhz is a harmonic of 233; 432 Mhz is
a harmonic of 144; 445 Mhz is a harmonic of 89; 440 Mhz
is a harmonic of 55; 442 455, and 468 Mhz is a harmonic
of 13; 440, 448, 456, and 464 Mhz are all harmonics of 8;
441, 444, 447, 450, 453, 456, 459, 462, 465, and 468 Mhz
are all harmonics of 3; and 420, 422, 424, 426, 428, ...
470 Mhz are all harmonics of 2.

Note: Each hop is chosen so that its lowest wave number
prime is shared between hops, i.e., the prime number 17
is the lowest multiplier between the frequencies 442 Mhz
and 459 Mhz, but do we have either 442 or 459 listed for
any of the harmonics? The answer is yes, as a harmonic
of 13 and 2 for 442, and as a harmonic of 3 for 459.

The corresponding frequency hop between 442 Mhz and
459 Mhz could then be initiated by starting at the higher
filtered phase modulated beat frequency, for example,
using 8/13, to introduce a phase quadrature component
for binaural entrainment, using the 3/5 for the next filtered
phase modulated beat frequency. In other words, the
entrainment signal for the first beat frequency in the
pulse would be 8/13 for 459 Mhz, and 3/5 for 442 Mhz,
in phase modulation, using a Hilbert Transform harmonic
filter, thereby etherically inducing the 5/8 binaural (carrier
compression) ratio (which is, incidentally, between 3/5
and 8/13 in the Fabonacci sequence).Specifically, the
rational number 8/13 for 459 Mhz. means that this
particular Upper Side Band is blue shifted or stretched
or confined to a broader range in the spectrum, with the
new compression ratio of 8/13, and is represented in the
entrainment as an integralled phase modulator, whereas
the 3/5 for 442 Mhz. means that the particular Lower
Side Band is red shifted or compressed to a narrower
range in the spectrum, with a lower expansion ratio of
3/5, represented in the entrainment as an integralled
phase demodulator. Integralled phase modulators and
demodulators are the etheric components of entrainment.

The entraining 5/8 binaural (carrier compression) is
effected by each of these USB (Upper Side Band) and
LSB (Lower Side Band) components, by seeking to
reflect off the USB, into the container frequency, thereby
entraining the new carrier at the desired beat frequency.

The entrainment frequency is first chosen (For example,
O.B.E. (Out of Body Experience) at 22.0 Hz., used in
conjunction with 40 Hz. would be calculated together
by first adding both sidebands for each entrainment:
Carrier @ 22.0 Hz. = 442 Mhz / 20.09090909 Mhz. =
22.0 (Carrier timer) and Carrier @ 40.0 Hz. =
459 Mhz / 11.475 Mhz. = 40.0 (Carrier timer).

Divisor frequencies are selected to create the sideband
carrier compressions. The sidebands are then placed
around the new 5/8 binaural carrier so that the zero point
for entrainment is 0.273 units distance from the LSB side
of the carrier, so as to retain the maximum information
speed. This would represent the closest intermediate
frequency that is approximately 0.273 units distance
between 442 Mhz. and 459 Mhz., which would be near
(0.273)(459 - 442) + 442 = 446.641 Mhz., which is
448.00 Mhz. (Take 8 as the divisor from the 5/8 binaural
carrier to find the multiplier that lands closest to
446.641 Mhz., and you get 8 x 56 = 448.00 Mhz.).

As mentioned earlier, the allophonemics are the key to
unlocking the intermediate frequency by randomly
tweaking combinations of pink allophonemic pulses in
ratios of 1 part pink allophonemic:3 parts pink O.B.E.
(22.0 Hz. + 40.0 Hz.) in the sidebands around the
intermediate frequency until phase lock with the O.B.E.
is accomplished. The pink allophonemic pulses consist
of the 2 x 128 = 256 possible combinations of allophonemic
pink noise frequencies that are used to triangulate the
phase lock on the O.B.E. The allophonemics are
recorded from Rife Frequency physiological health
monitored frequencies, and processed with pink noise
before being synthesized with the upper and lower
sidebands.

Once phase lock on the first resolution is accomplished,
the next sequence would jump between 8/13 and 21/34,
using 429 and 442 Mhz, respectively, in phase modulation,
with a shared prime of 13, thereby using a different
Hilbert Transform harmonic filter, repeating the process
with the USB and LSB etherically induced 13/21 binaural
(carrier compression) ratio, with the "21" from 13/21 as
the new multiplier. The lowest prime, or zero, is called
the real prime at infinity because this is associated with
the real valuation (as in the decimal 0.000 being equal to
0/infinity or infinity/0) (as opposed to any of the p-adic
valuations) on the rationals.

The difference for the real prime at infinity is the one
which completes a fraction to give some decimal number
rather than some reducible fraction or irreducible
prime fraction.
