It is about 168 million years older.Is was formed out of the very dense dust cloud.It was formed as part of the Oort cloud.It came into the Sun's gravity at the right angle and was captured. So was Mercury and Venus.Gas planets are another story. Earth has much water and that makes this theory a good one.It fits TreBert

There's nothing to magically brake the Earth as it comes into the inner system,
so it would initially have a highly eccentric orbit similar to comets. Over time
drag in the solar atmosphere and gravity tugs of other planets could reduce the
eccentricity to the current near circular, but that would require crossing the
orbits of other objects for a very long time yet somehow avoiding collisions
that would have reduced the Earth to annual meteor showers over Niburu.
