Thank you for demonstrating my point. We already know that you have no intellectual skills or significant connection with reality. And here we see it applied to global warming. Incorrect. Go back to the original tragedy of the commons scenario. If someone (let's call him Albert) who grazes ten cows on the commons tells those who graze only two cows on the commons that -they- (excluding Albert, of course) all need to cut back to one cow in order to save the commons, we can conclude that Albert is full of **** and act accordingly. The same principle applies to AGW. Intelligent people understand that AGW is a matter of science. You are unable to separate that science from your personal opinions about social policy. But science requires thinking, and you have no facility for that, being nothing more than a dogma spewing automaton. No, we skeptics decide that the science is a relatively minor concern since even the scientists themselves do practically NOTHING to reduce their own emissions in any helpful way. |

The 'scientific method' came in under the radar as the 'theory of gravity' which basically boils down to a notion that experimental sciences scale up to a planetary and astronomical level -
"Rule III. The qualities of bodies, which admit neither [intensification] nor remission of degrees, and which are found to belong to all bodies within the reach of our experiments, are to be esteemed the universal qualities of all bodies whatsoever." Newton Global warming is within this cult ideology insofar as at its core is the notion that the atmosphere within a common greenhouse (experimental science) scales up to the planet's atmosphere (universal qualities) just as the fall of an apple was meant to substitute for planetary motions. Again, celestial sphere enthusiasts allied with empirical cultists have turned astronomy and terrestrial sciences into a junkyard occupied by screaming heads . When a society emerges that it believe it can control planetary temperatures by doing or not doing something then rest assured it is a society that lacks basic sensibilities. It is not a question between right and wrong but of standards. |

You are not a skeptic. Skeptics base their understanding on evidence and reason. Evidence: Warmingistas have large CO2 footprints, perhaps the largest. Reasoning: There is no serious problem to begin with. You are a doubter. Playing word games again, peterson? |
