Default hosing down the moon

Could one transmit water to the moon using a laser? That way one could fill
up the lakes and oceans on at least one side. Might be a way to dispose of
surplus water.

what?

Transmiting WATER with LASER ??? Surplus water on the moon ? Laser would
actualy boil the water (high temp = boiling water = evaporating it ).Well,i
certainly never heard of a LASER transfer of matter ...
This is one weird variant of whatever you have in mind...

Don't tell him that! If he mixes electricity and water, we might not have
more of these posts.
