ASTRO: finally a clear night
but the seeing isn't good. The jetstream is running straight down the left
coast.... if it comes in from the west and runs directly atop us, then we can get good seeing. ditto if it is running west to east but is far north of us when it blows over us after having blown over land, the seeing stinks I'm trying for the NGC4490/NGC4485 pair camel-style (unfiltered) with the 18" cass at f/7.1 |
