magnets

Hi,
Does anyone (rocket builders perhaps?) know where I can get
magnet-bars, preferably plastic coated?

Also, I need some carbon plates about 5cm x 2cm x 0.3cm or around that
size. But I have no idea where to get this stuff, I've talked to local
electronics suppliers but they don't have such things.
