Default Clear skies predictors? Caddo Lake?

I will have the good fortune of spending another Long weekend at Caddo lake
in Uncertain, Texas this weekend.
I plan on taking my scope but am concerned about clear dark skies.
Can anyone help me with this?
I tried online, but I'm not sure how to read the charts.
I'm most interested in pre midnight(for deep space) and post 4 a.m.
condition (for planets)

Thanks for help!
jojo
