Was the page's name Chad? Even more irony, he was Rush Limbaugh's

As Rusty pointed out, he is the House Representative from the
congressional district where "hanging chads" were found in 2000, and
where Rush Limbaugh was picked up for drug abuse in 2003.
The state where Dubya's brother is governor.
