Default What Is Soyuz Using For Comm These Days?

Their main advantage - global coverage - is hard to beat when you're off
and away from the terrestrial network, though.


Or when that terrestrial network is down because of broken cables, no
power, ... (cf. earthquake in China, flood in the Irawaddy delta, ...).
