European. Probably 8-9inch f/8 at least. Almost looks hand made
(crude) but old newts were made this way. Note the welded channel under the rings and that wild slow motion contraption indicative of old 50's scopes. Metal or glass fibre tube. Looks like glass fibre. Somebody from UK might know more about this, historically. Trade the owner an old RV and he might be happy - shipping costs would cancel out! Where do all these people in UK gets this antique stuff to put on Ebay? This scope would have been professional only at the turn of the last century.
