Southampton Astronomical Society meeting Thursday
Southampton Astronomical Society holds its monthly meeting on Thursday
14 September at the Edmund Kell Unitarian Church Hall, Bellevue Road, Southampton at 7:30pm. The main talk is the John Thomson Memorial lecture "Stairway to Heaven" by society president Ian Gore. His talk is about the cosmic distance ladder. Society meetings include discussions about current space events, news and members' observations.
