Default Orion capsule tests lithobraking again

Another drop test of the recovery system ended up the same way the first
one did, with a smashed test capsule:

Testing a system thats already been declared dead

Did nasa do any of this during apollo?

Despiriting.... I was really hoping that NASA would at least be able to keep
Orion going, or something like it.
