How about Sirius C as a black dwarf of 60 Mj?

Why can't SPITZER, AKARI or ISO manage to see a big and robust 60 Mj
planet that simply has to exist, as likely having Earth sized moons
and is parked so darn close to us?

Is our spendy HERSCHEL going to be as taboo/nondisclosure forbidden to
look at Sirius?
