Default Getting rid of Dark Energy

I noticed this article on Ars Technica

http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post...rk-energy.html

and I couldn't help but think of a regular poster here, who may view
this as an example of the depraved lengths the empiricists following
Newton will go to.
