Default ISS faces possible debris avoidance maneuver

Developing story -- tracking data is being refined regarding an
uncomfortably close pass of a spent rocket stage early Saturday
AM, possibly requiring a rocket burn to dodge.

When was the last time this had to be done?

Does anybody have a list of all such maneuvers?

Default stand down

Subsequent tracking refined the prediction and
the object will pass a safe distance from ISS.

Stand down.
